Origins<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

SoHoNet was founded in 2017 by actors from diverse backgrounds, all driven by the same objective: increasing the supply of affordable housing in Brussels.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representatives from the real estate sector, entrepreneurs, and socially minded investors joined forces with professionals supporting vulnerable groups to jointly explore alternative pathways for the creation of accessible, sustainable housing that fosters the inclusion of mixed communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During its early years, SoHoNet benefited from financial support from the 4Wings Foundation. <\/strong> Since 2022, we have been financially supported by the public administration Bruxelles Logement, and more recently by the King Baudouin Foundation.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
