wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hoe kunnen ruimtes worden herbestemd, gerenoveerd en omgevormd tot betaalbare woningen, terwijl de budgettaire druk op de overheidsfinanci\u00ebn beperkt blijft?<\/strong> ? Deze centrale vraag vormde de basis voor de uitwisselingen en interventies tijdens het laatste Woonapero. Die de deelnemers de gelegenheid bood om elkaar te ontmoeten en in gesprek te gaan over hefbomen (zoals SVK-huren, stedenbouw, bewoonbaarheidsnormen en fiscaliteit) om investeerders en projectontwikkelaars aan te moedigen zich te engageren in reconversieprojecten met een sociale woonbestemming.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-51c00bc0 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#ea5b3a\"><strong>Terugblik op de workshop: begeleiding en partnerschappen tussen SVK\u2019s en woonoperatoren (09\/12\/2025)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c4a242e144dfc0e461a83f1b8cf2d410 wp-block-paragraph\">In december bracht SoHoNet verenigingen, SVK\u2019s en woonoperatoren samen rond het thema van de begeleiding van kwetsbare doelgroepen en de samenwerking tussen sociale diensten en woningbeheerders. Op basis van feedback uit de projecten Bara, Village Sainte-Anne en Maison Deleuze benadrukten de uitwisselingen het belang van het opbouwen van partnerschappen tussen stakeholders reeds in de ontwerpfase van projecten. De panelleden onderstreepten ook het cruciale belang van structurele financiering voor bewonersbegeleiding, als voorwaarde voor het slagen van deze modellen op lange termijn.
