Innovation
Stimulating alternative and innovative models in the structuring of real estate projects and in the development of strategies for renovating residential buildings.
Innovation may lie in the diversity and roles of the stakeholders involved, as well as in funding sources and methods, and in the nature of ownership and/or housing management.
Advocacy
Advocating for structural changes, a long-term vision, and a holistic approach to housing, particularly in relation to health, sociological developments, the environment, and spatial planning.
Contributing to the identification of challenges and possible solutions, the sharing and communication of information among relevant stakeholders, and the promotion of the needs and activities of network members.
